Foeder Aged Golden Sour with Beets and Cherries - To prove that we don't care about our untappd ratings too much, we decided to make a beet beer. This one is only for the few of you folks out there that enjoy beets. We brewed a test batch of this before we opened, and it was surprisingly well received. Pickled beet flavors hit first, followed immediately by nice, smooth cherry notes.

Looks like blood orange juice. There is no visible head or carbonation. Smell hits with a very mild funk, some sourness and cherries. Taste hits with beet juice first, tart cherries, mild to moderate sourness, some funk and a hint of lemon. Light bodied and carbonated, tart and slightly puckering mouth feel, dry finish.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
