This has a beautiful pink-gold clarity, almost like sparkling rose, but with a fuzzy white fizzle.

Effervescent and clean, the medium-light body is lightly tart with a touch of lime and a semi-bitter floral essence, finishing dry. At times it's got a salinity to it that's almost gose-like.

L - 1.5 finger fizzy head dissolves rapidly, leaving behind a translucent coral body.

S - salt, flowers, citrus.

T - follows the nose. Flowers, lime, orange.

F - light body with prickly carb.

O - so refreshing in this heat.

Pours a light hazy pink with a little head that fades fast and no lacing smell is topical lime fruity . Taste fellows but a nice tang behind it
Over all ok I think a little more tang or funk would help here and drink a touch watery

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 3/2019. Pours lightly hazy golden/orange/pink color with a 1-2 finger fairly dense and fluffy head with solid retention, that reduces to a minimal spotty lace cap that lingers. Minimal spotty lacing on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big juicy/tart/tangy limes, lemon, citrus peel/zest, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, gooseberry, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lime, hibiscus, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big juicy/tart/tangy limes, lemon, citrus peel/zest, hibiscus, cranberry, strawberry, gooseberry, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness; peppery Brett spiciness; hibiscus tang; and light herbal, floral, grassy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy limes, lemon, citrus peel/zest, hibiscus, berries, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, watermelon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, hay, straw, herbal, floral, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lime, hibiscus, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with a great malt/tart/spiciness, and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tang/tartness, spiciness, and carbonation. Medium-plus and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy/tannic, fairly crisp, and lightly sticky balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.6%. Overall this is an awesome fruited wild ale. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, citrus/tropical hops, lime, hibiscus, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/tannic/drying finish; not overly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Very well rounded Brett/bacteria complexity; with balanced Citra hops, limes, and hibiscus flavors; with a solid pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A really enjoyable offering, and impressive style example as expected.
