Really nice cocktail sour, really nice rich deep barrel character, beautiful ginger edge, nice mango fruity puckering, really refreshing.

On tap at Brewskival 2019.
Pours a clear amber with a little bit of fizzy head.
Smell is tart with notes of ginger, lime, lemon, mango and a hint of pine.
Taste is tart and pretty acidic with notes of ginger, lime, mango, white tea and some oak. Really balanced despite the ABV and acidity, never veers into tough to drink territory.
Mouthfeel is medium, with bright carbonation.
Overall, a very good sour, where the ginger is an accent instead of taking over, which ginger often does.
