Look: a hazy pale yellow-straw color with a small white head that quickly disappeared.
Aroma: fresh lemon and lime with faint bread. No off flavors.
Taste: fairly tart with bright lemon and lime notes, following the aroma. The faint wheat/bready malt is there.
Feel: light to medium bodied with lively carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall: an outstanding Berliner, close to what I imagine is the traditional version.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 8/2019. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy pale golden yellow color with a 1 finger fairly foamy and fluffy white head with poor retention, that reduces to nothing pretty quickly. No glass lacing, and a moderate amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tart/tangy lemons, limes, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, mint, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of lemons, limes, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tart/tangy lemons, limes, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, mint, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate fruity/lactic tartness, fruit tang, and Brett spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of tart/tangy lemons, limes, citrus peel/zest, peach, pear, melon, red/green apple, white grape/wine, peppercorn, mint, hay, straw, grass, wheat, cracker, white bread, light leathery/musty/lacto funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of lemons, limes, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; with an awesome malt/tart/spiciness and tangy fruit balance; with no puckering/astringent flavors after the finish. Moderately crisp/clean finishing. Light-moderate increasing dryness from lingering tart/tangy/spiciness and carbonation. Medium-plus carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth and moderately bready/grainy/acidic/tangy balanced mouthfeel that is fantastic. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 3.2%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited Berliner weisse. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of lemons, limes, fruity/funky/acidic/spicy yeast, and moderate pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, clean, and refreshing to drink with the modestly acidic/tangy/spicy/drying finish; mellowly lactic. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Fantastic balance of juicy/vibrant citrus and Brett/bacteria complexity; with a great pale/wheat malt backbone against acidity for the ABV. Minimal residual sweetness with crisp dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example as expected.
