Foeder Solera Sour Ale w/ Georgia Peaches & Rooibos Tea. Strong peach and tea flavors come together to create an earthy-floral sweetness with a strong punch of tartness, sort of like the first day of school.

750 ml bottle into tulip glass, bottle release was 10/2019. Pours slightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a small foamy white cap with poor retention, that reduces to a thin spotty lace cap that lingers. Light spotty lacing and a good amount of streaming carbonation on the glass. Aromas and flavors of big sour lemon, lime, peaches, fuzz/skin, white wine, tea, oak, hay, straw, grass, leather, lacto, musty funk, wheat, grain, yeast earthiness. Big peach flesh in aromas. Good sized sour/tart/tangy fruit/lactic finish. Medium high carb and light body. Crisp, clean, refreshing finish. Acidic, tangy, tannic, light grainy feel. Mild puckering lactic bone dry finish. Very drinkable, pretty refreshing. This is one of the best ones in the Solera series. Glad I let it sit for 3 years. Brett developed great, as expected of the brewery.
