A - Pours a clear gold with a small fizzy white head.
S - Aroma is apricot, white vinegar and lemon.
T - The taste apricot, lemon, lime, green apple skins and white wine vinegar.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a bone dry finish.
O - Really nice. Super sour, but very drinkable.

Served in a snifter
This beer pours pale yellow and is topped with a minimal head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is sour AF with hints of vinegar. I get apricot and some green apple.
Wow! This is sour. I get green apple, apricot, vinegar, and lots of sourness. It is making me pucker.
Medium bodied with a velvety smooth mouthfeel
Whew, this was a sour SOB. I liked it a lot though. I prefer real sours to the kettle ones. My mouth continues to water after it has been consumed. This is an intense sour.
