A - Pours a clear gold with a large fizzy white head. The head fades fast leaving some very thin lacing.
S - Aroma is prickly pear and barnyard funk.
T - The taste is big prickly pear, green apple, peach skins and a funky lactic finish.
M - Medium body with medium carbonation. Crisp mouthfeel with a bone dry finish,
O - Another really solid Incipient.

ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours a murky amber color with some burnt orange highlights. It is topped with an inch of beige head that leaves spotty lacing.
Great basement funk smell if you like that sort of thing. The prickly pear is secondary, at least in the aroma. It smells like what could be a great sour.
The prickly pear hits upfront in the taste. It is followed with mouth puckering sourness. The sour flavor is great. fruit tries to battle back, but the sourness carries through the taste into a lingering finish.
Medium bodied with a dry mouthfeel
Speciation is quickly becoming a brewery that I seek out wherever I can. I love real sours, and they deliver.

Released August 2020; drank 2/11/21 @ the Yarchives.
Cloudy orange appearance.
An even pour yielded a small bright white head; minimal lace.
Mint & sour peach notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Punishingly sour peach & mint flavors; it's bold, but not pleasant.
Too much for this timid soul.
