S- Tart, lemons, blood oranges, some oak, touch of wheat, mild earthy funk.
T- Sour, blood oranges, lemons, oak, hints of wheat and funk.
M- Smooth, crisp, light body.
O- Another tasty and well done sour from Speciation.
