Pours a crystal clear gold. No head. Lots of
Streaming carbonation. Aroma is some citrus, some oak, vanilla beans. I found it hard to distinguish the flavors from one another in the tasting because the beer is overwhelmingly sour. Feel is crisp, definitely sharp from the tartness.

Pours mostly clear golden, no head.

Aroma is of tart citrus, white grape, oak, hint of vanilla.

Flavor of citrus, green apple, oak, and soft vanilla.

Light body, light tingle of carbonation on the tongue.

Very pleasant tart ale, the vanilla adds a great softness to the aftertaste. Easily enjoyed.

The Incipient series is awesome with the rotating adjuncts. The vanilla in this beer helped round out the super tart flavors and made the beer really smooth/soft. The vanilla paired well with the wheat in the beer.
