Pours a hazed dark yellow-gold with two fingers of fizzy white head that quickly rocket away into nothingness.
Ginger strikes first in the nose, with complex hints of honey graham crackers and tea-time pear tart pastries behind.
The taste is lightly tart and lightly sour. Ginger definitely shows, but is more balanced here by the tea, which plays off it very nicely. It has lightly tart, fruity aftertaste that’s very pleasant, as well as a little warmth from the ginger.
A little thicker than medium bodied with strong fizz to the carbonation.
Very tasty, super-unique beverage. The tea really works well with the ginger and fruit.
