Served in a stemless wine glass
It looks like tea when poured. Fleeting tan head. No lacing.
It has a nice sour aroma. I get a little funk. It almost has a vinegar smell but not quite. Lemon
Sour taste. Reminds me a little of a Flander oud bruin. Slight funk. Very sour. Lemon in the finish.
Thin bodied with a dry mouthfeel
Nice sour. Speciation makes some great stuff.
