ONE PINT can
Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a hazy, dull yellow color. It had a fleeting head.
Strong chamomile aroma at first. As it warms to funk comes out. I smell tart lemon and key lime.
Once again, the chamomile is strong at first. Other flavors emerge as it warms. I definitely get some funk. I taste cinnamon. Not overly sour.
Thin bodied with a smooth, dry mouthfeel
Good beer. Not necessarily a fan of chamomile. I'll have to add it to chai as another adjunct to avoid.
