Pours a slight, white head. Slightly floral hop aroma. Hazy, straw color. Starts with a nice, bright flavor; slight, floral hops and malt. A low hop bitterness gives way to a really nice, full maltiness. The finish is lingering floral hops over malt.
This is pretty good. Malty and nice.

A creamy, hazy honey color with a very fast building head and...it's over the glass. A little too much carbonation here. Head that remains is creamy and white.
Aromas of barley and corn, with clove, banana, and honey.
Flavors of straw, corn, and barley with a finish of cream and banana peel.
Feel is crisp, clean, and heavily carbonated.
Overall, considering the location of this brewery (South Beloit), I'd reckon this is a competitor to, or a "if you like" Spotted Cow, beer. It's not bad.

Pours a dark golden color with a finger width white head. That quickly goes away. Smell is malty sweet corn. Taste is similar to smell. Sweet corn is definitely present especially in the aftertaste. Mouthfeel is light, and smooth. Making for good drink ability. Overall, one of the better light beers I've had.
