A: Golden pineapple pour sits a hazy and dense coloring with a billowy white foam head sitting atop at two inches. Good amount of visible carbonation. Small speckled lace pattern on the vessel walls.
S: Fresh fruitiness of peaches and mangoes as well melon. Grapefruit with some fruity floral green hop leaves, sweet and juicy citrus-pineapple notes of good strength. Warm pine resin with some warming.
T: Flavor was dry tart fruit, pineapple-peach with some warming sticky pine. Grapefruit peel with a citrusy dry hopping, flowery, with a long standing lingering bitterness on the tongue. Moist breadiness/malting.
M: Medium light body, soft, very little carbonation texture.
O: Overall strong level dry hopping, tart grapefruit peel being the most dominating. Very good, doesn't exactly stand out in such a demanding and crowded field, but will satisfy with one in hand.

Picked up cans directly from the brewery. Pouring a cold 16 oz can into my snifter.
The beer pours a hazy goldenrod yellow with a fluffy bleached white head of 1 cm. This foam fades quickly to a thin surface layer and leaves tight lattice on my glass after each swallow or swirl.
The aroma on this beer is hop centric but does allow for a hint of biscuit malt before moving to citrusy hops of orange and some lemon comes through too. Pleasant and light fruity character on the nose.
First sip reveals a light body with smooth creamy texture and very fine gentle rolling carbonation. Very easy drinking physical traits on this beer.
Flavor is what the nose predicts with fleeting biscuity malt and then hops coming in overtop with orange and some grapefruit mixing here. I also get some sweeter citrus blended in, tangerine, or maybe pineapple. The finish is dry and ends with a bit of rindy bite.
No hints of the booze anywhere. Pretty straightforward IPA with good flavor and aroma. WOrth a try if hops are your thing.
