Poured from 750mL bottle, very fresh.
Looks great, a moderately hazy orange amber, with a dense white head. A thin layer of foam persists all the way down with good lacing.
Smells of orange citrus and a little grassy or herbal tone.
Taste is great, grapefruit, citrus rind and a good bitterness. Some caramel malts but the main focus is the hops.
The feel is nice, a bit "juicy" but it hasn't gone overboard on the NE-IPA style. It keeps a good dry slightly prickly bitterness. A nice lingering bitterness, with just a hint of the alcohol.
Initial impression was quite good, big juicy DIPA, but as it warms it stays sharp and good flavors throughout.
