I thought this was a pretty good IPA and it had some piney hop bite.
Look: amber semi-clear hue with an inch thick white head
Aroma: caramel, grapefruit and floral pine
Taste: The flavor is at first sweet caramel, pineapple, grapefruit and then significant pine resin.
Feel: light and refreshing

Poured from a 750ml bottle.
Looks good, dark brown with a fluffy dark tan head.
Smells of lots of dark hops, pine and spice and some dark roasted caramel.
Taste is similar to the smell, with some earthy roasted malt and more pine resin hops.
Feels good, smooth and a bit slick, but a little lighter body than I expected given the ABV and the intensity of smell and flavors. A good hop bitterness too, balanced by caramel sweetness.
Overall, a very tasty beer. Just right for a cool summer's night.
