Sampling a cold 12 oz can poured into a mug. The beer was purchased directly from the brewery.
The beer pours a slightly hazy yellow to golden rod color with a large fluffy and pillowy bleached white head of 3.5 cm foaming up. The foam fades slowly leaving large craters on the surface of the fluff.
The aroma on this beer is some bready to biscuity malt with a bit of grassy and lemon hop notes. Light general spiciness as well. Well balanced nose.
First sip reveals a light textured body with crisp texture and a spacious yet tingly carbonation. Physical traits make this a crushable brew.
Flavor is generally light and is what I expect from the nose. there is some light biscuity and bready malt notes and then grassy hops and again light lemon notes. Finish is fairly dry and has a bit of a spicy bite to it. No hint of any alcohol on this great summer brew.
Glad this was back in stock during my visit to the brewery. Nice easy drinking brew. Only thing I ding it for is not being more clear in my glass. But it is a nice drinker.
