Brewed with marshmallows and lactose, Bird's Milk II was aged for 20 months to perfection in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels and then conditioned on Ethiopian coffee and Ghanaian cacao nibs.

500 mL bottle poured into a snifter.
Near black with a thin tan head.
Nose: Bourbon, coffee, and cacao all come through very nicely. Subtle toasted marshmallow as well.
Taste: Huge bourbon and cacao notes. Coffee comes in toward the finish and then lingering alcohol heat through the finish.
Feel: Full body, medium to high carbonation for the abv
