16 oz can into a nonic pint glass
Clear, straw-yellow appearance with a one-inch sudsy resulting from a moderate pour.
Clean, hoppy nose, more citrusy than floral. Orange rind, hints of berry sweetness.
Lots of tropical nuances on the palate…mango, guava. Citrusy as well, very crisp. Nice caramelly note mid-sip, ushering in a clean, short finish.
Now that the dust has settled with over saturation of San Diego breweries, and covid shutdown, Burgeon has been cranking out some West Coast gems. This is definitely a brew to seek out.
