16 oz can into a nonic pint glass
Clear, straw-yellow appearance with a one-inch sudsy resulting from a moderate pour.
Clean, hoppy nose, more citrusy than floral. Orange rind, hints of berry sweetness.
Lots of tropical nuances on the palateā¦mango, guava. Citrusy as well, very crisp. Nice caramelly note mid-sip, ushering in a clean, short finish.
Now that the dust has settled with over saturation of San Diego breweries, and covid shutdown, Burgeon has been cranking out some West Coast gems. This is definitely a brew to seek out.
