16 oz can into a nonic pint glass
Classic ale appearance, clear and straw yellow-tan. Nose is subdued, with gentle wafts of citrus zest and grassy earth.
Vintage West Coast flavors, pungent and piny and citrusy. Grapefruit zest and bitter resiny hops are just offset by honey-sweet malts. Finishes quickly with Burgeon’s signature thin and crisp complexion.
Like most of Burgeon’s beers, dangerously crushable.
