Sure, there are seven wonders of the world. But in Raul’s, there is only one: Baby Raulita. And as I sip on this labeled “XPA,” I am not lost in thought, nor in wonder. And I kind of like that. There is nothing meant to contemplated here. It’s just a damn fine beer.
