Elevate your senses to stratospheric levels with billowing clouds of tart, fruity goodness from loads of NZH-106, an experimental hop from the Bract Program in NZ, Superdelic, Nectaron, & Citra. Notes of white wine, passionfruit, and blackberry lead the charge. Taste is reminiscent of an airy Sauv Blanc with complex layers of tart candy, lime peel, citrus-leaning passionfruit, and subtle pineapple. Collab w/ NZ Hops & Yakima Chief Hops

Clear pale golden brew with abundant foam in the Faust Weizen glass. Light body and spritzy on the tongue. Pleasing light aroma of lime and green tea. On the dry side, and the flavor is more toward lime peel with just a hint of melon. Very sharp finish. Overall this is rather bitter and austere for its lightness. That fruity taste in the back of the throat makes it quite drinkable however. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea Brewing. Dated 01/12/26 so it's plenty fresh.
