On tap at Burgeon at the Arbol.
Classic WC pale appearance, sudsy with a big foamy head. Tropical rindy bouquet, somewhat dank as well, ripe citrus fruit.
Green apple, Meyer lemon rinds on the palate. Touch of sweetness midsip, a bit juicy for the style. Medium finish, residual grassy notes between sips.
The brewers are starting to really figure how to dial in all these hops that not too long ago were ‘experimental’. Quafable and delicious.

Clear golden amber brew with plenty of foam in the Maredsous goblet. Appealingly aromatic in the melon and lime vein. Slushy and spritzy mouthfeel. Taste is a strong and pleasant green melon with lemon-lime and a hint of grapefruit in the aftertaste. Just a little sweetness and malty body to go with all the fruit. Citrus finish. Not overly bitter. From the 16 oz can purchased at O’Shea Brewing. Dated 02/09/26. Eight hops with Mosaic and Krush in the lead.
