Copenhagen 10/12 2020. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Blue can with drawing of a broom sweeping hop flowers all on it's own.
Pours hazy, pale yellow with a big white head. Settles as 3 cm thick, fluffy layer of foam completely covering the surface of the beer. Massive lacing.
Aroma is fruity and very much on the citric side. Light sweet odor of peach and pineapple. Stronger citric notes of grape fruit and lime. A bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, smooth, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Intense and quite fresh and bitter APA.

Dust My Broom pours a hazy looking, straw yellow with a big, loose and fluffy head that lingers with class. The smell is malty with a citrus undertone and a whiff of Citra and Simcoe hops. The taste has a mild sweetness over the palette with a biscuity backbone, as you pick up the juicy citrus hops as this pale ale finishes very smooth.
