Copenhagen 15/2 2022. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Crude drawing of a citrus fruit apparently excreting small lime fruits on the light blue can.

Pours opaque, hazy, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet malty backbone mingling with a perfumed, citrus scent. Sweet pale malts, oranges, lime and citrus in abundance. A bit flowery.

Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric sour bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.

Solid lemon and lime zest. They are almost overdoing the flavoring.

Pours a hazy yellow with with massive, thick head.

Smell is fruity with lots of lime and lime peel, with support from lemon, orange zest and lemongrass.

Taste is juicy and heavily dominated by the lime and lime zest. Backing notes of lemon, peach and lemongrass with a very soft bitterness.

Mouthfeel is mediumm and soft, but a bit under carbonated.

Overall, a very nice, limey IPA that needs a bit more spritz in the carbonation.
