Check-in DIPA, DIPA, everywhere. Many drops to drink. Citra and Strata unload a truckload of ripe tropical notes with Mosaic lending its complex funk-fruit format. Azacca brings the candy and keeps the peace, making sure no-one gets too rowdy. Ripe tangerine and raspberry sweets on the nose, followed by a wave of caramelised pineapple, geraniums and some pithy green. The finish is clean, and slightly sweet with the dank building sip after sip.

500 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 8.0%. Opaque yellow to orange colour, moderate to small white head. Aroma of over-ripe tropical fruits and yellow stonefruits, hints of broth and sweat. Medium sweet flavour with notes of said over-ripe fruits. Piney finish, but the bitterness is low. Quite good.
