Sunshine is a pineapple daiquiri in IPA form. With Citra, Idaho 7 and a pinch of Sabro. I live my life in the sunshine.

Copenhagen 28/12 2024. 50 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Pink can with a happy sun and some hovering strange lizards. Bad Acid trip.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles ad a thin uneven layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits minting with a bit of citrus fruit and a sharp edge of mustard. Pineapple and mango. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sweet undertone Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry
Well balanced with a sharp edge.
