This beer is made with oats and plenty of noble hops. Fermented using a mixed culture and conditioned in stainless steel. The Brettanomyces plays with the hop character to create a lively, floral aroma. This beer will pick up complexity over time.

375 ml bottle, vintage 2021, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 5.7%. Slightly hazy and very pale straw colour, small white head. Aroma of brettanomyces and "spicy" Belgian yeast, hints of fermenting pears and other fermenting fruits. Moderately sour and "spicy" flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, some citrus. Refreshing.

Copenhagen 11/11 2022. 37,55 cl bottle from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Light turquoise label with a small dinosaur pouring beer in a glass.
Pours unclear, pale yellow with a small whiter head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surfface of the beer.
Aroma is fairly intense with a floral yet sour scent of unripe fruits- Elderberry, basil, peach. Citrus, tart gooseberries. Touch of sulphur and arm sweat.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart bitterness. Aftertaste is a bit thin. Sour with a sweet undertone. Lingers shortly. Finish is dry but a tad watery.
A bit on the thin side - but with a nice floral touch.
