A beautifully soft IPA with a fluffy malt base and heaps of delicious citrusy hops. HBC 536, Loral and Strata combine for a juicy tangerine and piney profile, think fruit pastilles... delicious!

Copenhagen 19/3 2022. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Light blue can in Deya's usual design this time with a Lizard sitting on a Kitchen table with a cake roller.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with zesty citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Grapefruit and citrus. A bit of pine.
Medium strong carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a sour twist. A bit searing. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Delicious anf juicy. Not much Kitchen Sink there.
