Copenhagen 6/3 2022. 50 cl can from Mikkeller web-shop. Quite psychedelic and childlike drawing on the yellow can. A rainbow with a happy sun at one end and a happy earth at the other. a pink crocodile holding the earth.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Massive lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, fruity scent mingling with a fresh, juicy scent of citrus fruit. Pineapple, peach and mango. Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, creamy, smooth, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Soft, juicy and entirely pleasant.
