It's a Kettle Sour Gose.
So not really a Gose, very different from a Gose in the original sense of the German Leipzig style.
As soon as the can is opened, salty notes are immediately surpassed by citrus notes (lime, cedar).
Golden color, sheer / slightly opaque.
Foam of little consistency, evanescent that quickly disappears completely.
In the mouth the taste is very particular ... meanwhile the body is extremely smooth with that widely recognizable marine salinity that closely resembles sea water ...
Tip more harsh than sour, immediately after a pervading citrus taste, but not of orange or mandarin, rather of lime, green lemon, cedar... between sour and bitter.
The result is a not too clear taste, in a beer that offers a note of light lactic acid and initial harsh and ending with a marine salinity that dries the tongue on the finish.

look: one finger white head which quickly dissipates to a thin layer of bubbles, one of the lightest coloured beer i’ve ever seen, super light straw coloured beer, hazy, light levels of carbonation in the beer.

smell: defintley sour, tart, lightly salty, lot of straw, maybe some citrus fruit flavour, lemon and lime, doesn’t smell great to be honest, not terrible though

taste: bizarre beer, sour beer meets seven up, some bready malt flavour, lot of that straw flavour, hay, grass, a load of lemon and lime, quite tart, sour, really salty does not hold back on the salt, definitely some herbal flavours there too, coriander, i’m baffled really, pretty sure i like it tho.

feel: light bodied, medium to high carbonation, nicely sour but still very drinkable, like all gose it would be very nice on a warm summers day.

overall: i mean, it’s different, gotta give it that, a pretty fun beer, pretty drinkable, not remarkably nice but not bad either

Fairly standard gose - not sure what the "wild" aspect of it is - though I did pick up on a certain "lactic" aspect that I thought might be attributed to wild yeast fermentation but nothing of the sort is indicated on the can... Expectedly a little tart up front followed with that almost creamy lactic note and then a flash of salt... An okay beer but not on the same level as Westbrook or Ritterguts... Decent enough for a try but probably not a go-to gose...

Transparent straw yellow, generous white foam with fine grain and fast evanescence. Little accentuated bouquet of white bread, coriander, spices. On the palate light malt and sour finish of citrus and salty peel. Fresh lemon and coriander aftertaste with a small acidic touch. Low and elusive body and high carbonation.

A: The beer is a little hazy and a bit darker shade of yellow in color with a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down but left a large patch of bubbles on the surface and a wide collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of lemons.
T: The taste follows the smell and has a moderate amount of lemon/lime-like sourness along with hints of saltiness towards the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and faintly tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has some refreshing properties.
