A: The beer is very hazy yellowish red in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left some lacing down the sides of the glass and a thick layer of bubbles covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with notes of raspberries.
T: The taste follows the smell, except that the raspberry flavors are a bit stronger and there are some hints of vanilla in the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and slightly tart on the palate
O: This might seem like it could be a dessert beer based on the ingredients, but it is more of a sour with only hints of vanilla.
