Mango & Blueberry Pastry Sour
The second installment of our Dale Vn Marshall sour series. This time we chucked in a huge amount of Mango & Blueberry. The fruit flavors are bolstered by the use of lactose milk sugar to add a velvet sweetness to this tart refreshing pastry sour. Brewed in Collaboration with Artist Dale Vn Marshall to showcase his love of art & our love of great beer.

A: The beer is very hazy light purple in color. It poured with a short white head that quickly settled down, leaving a sliver of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of blueberries are present in the nose.
T: Like the smell, the taste is essentially dominated by moderately strong flavors of blueberries and has a slight amount of sourness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. There is an ever so slight amount of yogurt-like creaminess.
O: I didn't really get any of the mangos in the smell or the taste, but in any event I really liked how this beer showcased the aromas and flavors of blueberries, which is an ingredient that you don't normally see in a beer.
