Collaboration with Alewife Brewing
Imperial Chocolate, Coconut, Almond Milk Stout
Brewed in collaboration with our Friends from Ale Wife Brewing Co NYC this is a big bold Milk Stout at 10% abv. For our love of an Almond Joy we added chocolate, coconut and almond to enhance the sweetness and give us a full bodied flavorful Pastry Stout.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a quarter finger high tan head that left a narrow collar of beige bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of almond are present in the nose along with notes of coconut.
T: The taste follows the smell, but is a little more rounded out and has notes of chocolate and hints of sweetness and bits of alcohol.
M: It feels medium- to full-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I thought that the mouthfeel of this beer seemed to a be a little thinner compared to what I would have expected for a beer of this strength.
Serving type: can
