L: Very Hazy straw yellow color with a small fizzy head that stays around for a while, with rings of lacing around the glass. Looks more like a wit than a pilsner.
S: Bread dough, clove, lemon and grass, almost a slight fecal matter smell. Lots of smells going on that don't all blend together well.
T: Bread and a lot of lemon pith, some notes of clove. A somewhat grating bitterness that coats the tongue and stays around. Still more reminiscent of a wit than a pilsner.
F: Not as crisp or clean as I would expect from a pilsner, the body seems a little thin too.
O: This is a mess that feels stuck between a wit and a pilsner but even then doesn't blend well. 2.00
