Draft. Hazy golden yellow color. White head with lace.
Has a bit of weedy notes with the tropical and juicy flavors. Orange, mango, and melon. Fairly soft, but a slight hop burn. Easy drinking.

this is a really good ipa, hands down the best beer i have had from these guys so far. its a bit darker than many with a copper hue to it, but it has a tall rich khaki colored head and good clarity. the aroma is fantastic, a mix of old school and southern hemisphere type hops, i get that spicy piney vegetal bitter element right away, but also a galaxy or something, tropical and a little sweet and oily, orange and pineapple, its fruity as it is bitter. the malt base is nice, usually i try to stay away from the heavier and sweeter maltier ipa types, but the richness and sweetness of the crystal here adds a little caramel sweetness that really extends the hops and gives some great balance here, its refreshing still because its plenty bitter, but the studier malt base makes it more drinkable somehow, more well rounded and less severe, a pint of beer i could make a day of for sure, and excellent with their wood fired pizzas in here. a slight candied thing to the hops like i sometimes get from the lupulin powders and stuff, but so clean at the same time. a very well built beer here with a cool mix of hop varietals to go together really well!
