Mash Lab Brewing

this place is fantastic, great setup, cool food, nice beer lineup, colorado has so many hidden gems its crazy! they have what looks like a brand new build but its right next to a place that was all shut down that also has their name on it, perhaps they moved from an old to a new spot recently, but its gorgeous, high ceilings and expansive but also cozy and welcoming, very modern with an open kitchen and some outdoor space, tons of high top seating in front of the bar, great feel in here. big beer list too, with great variety and diversity, i had a solid mexican lager, a mexican hot chocolate stout with chili pepper in it, and a coconut white stout, all quite good, but there was a lot to pick from in here. the service was slightly impersonal, especially considering they werent busy at all when i was in, but whatever, i had a seat at the bar, everything was good, and the service fine, just a bit disinterested. the food was dope too, i came in starving and had a grilled cheese with all kinds of good stuff in it, and it was up quick, nicely made, and delicious, hit the spot. prices were fair, other patrons were friendly, and this seems like a real nice community hang, a place id probably hit up all the time if i lived in the area. tasty beers, great food, hope to check it out in the summer next time when the patio space is up and running. looked like some upstairs space too, perhaps for private events but i didnt wander up. very enjoyable visit, these guys have a good thing going!
