This witbier, meaning "white", is good for any occasion. With notes of orange peel, coriander, Belgian yeast, and wheat, this beer is sure to satisfy your thirst. Pours a slightly cloudy gold with a hue of orange and fluffy white head.

A pint can from the brewery poured into a tall Hefe glass. A pale hazy straw color with a decent head initially. Settles into a foam ring that yields intermittent slipery lacing.
A light bodied Wit that is light on the malt sweetness, with moderate hops bitterness.
Mild coriander and clove flavors, and subtle banana. It would benefit if it had a little more body and mouthfeel. It goes down easily, the finish is fairly clean as the flavors fade. Nicely carbonated.
Initially I didn’t think much of it, but the longer I drink it, the more I like it. A nice local alternative to the big brewer’s white/wheat beer offerings.

Great version of the style. More depth and flavour than others I've tried. If you like blue moon, or even allagash white, certainly give this one a try.
