Pours a semi clear amber with firm, fluffy head.
Smell is bready and a bit roasted with a yeasty hint. Notes of knäckebröd, crackers, nuts and a bit of coffe with some floral hints.
Taste is bready clean and crisp. A bit roasted and yesaty with notes of knäckebröd, syrup loaf and and some floral hints. Solid bitterness, and a bit creamy.
Mouthfeel is medium, creamy and well carbonated.
Overall, a very nice, quite unique kellerbier.

From the bottle, it pours a clear amber color with a modest head that soon reduces to a ring. Lacing is present, however. Light malt scent with some spiciness present. Taste follows nose - pleasant malt flavor with a modest bite of hops.
