Copenhagen 30/10 2024. 50 cl bottle from Meny, Rotunden, Hellerup. Blue label with Papa enjoying a glass of beer.
Pours opaque unclear with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin patch of foam floating at the center of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet fruity and slightly sugary odor mingling with subdued tart notes. Sweet orange, white sugar. Whiff of citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and lingers for a bit. Finish is a tad watery.
Sweet and a bit thin.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice white head that slowly diminishes. In the nose, it is bready. In the mouth, the same, smooth feeling bready malt. Nice.
