It states: "In the event of risks and side effects, ask your master brewer, David Hertl, or drink another bottle of vaccine." I note it doesn't say what it is a vaccine for, however.
From the bottle, it pours a clear reddish amber color with a modest, soon diminishing head. In the nose, it is slightly sweet with notes of oranges and cherries. Taste follows nose, with a pleasant slightly sweet malt flavor coming through.
