Poured from a growler into a plastic cup (traveling so had to make do). Nice coloration, minimum head - but it had been in the growler for 2 days. This brewery is noted for smoking all their beer styles. First taste is a pleasant mix of sweetness and smoke, with some of the wheat flavors coming thru at times. The smokiness is there but not overpowering. Interesting mix of the german rauchbier and dunkelwiezen.
