I tried this beer at the brewery. It poured a clear amber with thin white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent had hints of smoke and German malt. The taste was nicely balanced and easy for a dunkle. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was ok.
