This is an interesting beer. I suggest pairing it with a pizza. Had a small glass of this at the brewery. Clear brown color. Not much in the way of head or lacing. Smells and tastes are a lot of fun. Sweet woodsy smell and taste, reminds me of good smoked bacon. The finish of this beer has a pronounced chili bite and I suggest that you do not pair with a highly spicy pizza!

Hazy, orange/copper body; virtually no head. Strong red chili aroma. Big smoled chili flavor to the beer. Medium body; slick and hot with red chili heat.
