Nice place with solid beer in Gaylord. Good nitro stout, excellent Russian imperial stout, good pub food.

Traditional brewery in downtown Gaylord. Parking on the street in front of in the parking lot out back. Enter through the front or the back. Standard selection of a cream ale, lagers, IPAs, a brown, a porter and a gose. Outdoor seating area in front of brewery. Plenty of low and high tables.

This brewery is located in a storefront setting among the retail businesses of downtown Gaylord. The pub is mainly in one section of the building but has overflow seating in the next door storefront. Overhead doors open to allow some sidewalk seating when the weather permits. The L-shaped bar is to the rear of the pub (social-distanced limited seating), and a number of tables/chairs are to the front. Curbside parking or I believe there is a lot at the rear along with a rear entrance. I liked this vibe.
We stopped for a late lunch and to try the beers. We sat at a table and the bartender served us. We ordered two 4-glass flights to try many of their beers for a good evaluation. (Twelve beers plus two ciders were available. They make their own cider, mead and wine.) The beers were all brewed to style, although not much above style to get excited about. The Trail 7 Stout (nitro) and the My Chest Hurts IPA were rated 3.75, and the rest at 3.5.
The food menu is fairly short and is mainly pub food, and we enjoyed what we ordered. Overall, our food was a bit better than the beers. It's an okay place and worth a visit.
