The pour is golden yellow with a modest soft white head that diminishes. Decent clarity.
Pungent aroma of pine, citrus, and fruit with an under current of soft white bread. Smells clean too.
Smooth medium mouthfeel.
The flavor begins sweet and refreshing but then the piney bitterness erupts on the backside and lingers on the palate. This beer celebrates the annual Slightly North of Boston (SNOB) film festival.
