From a 16 oz. can stamped 12/09/20. Sampled Dec 31, 2020.
It looks pretty good withy its dark brown-black color and modes tan head.
The aroma seems to emit more of a coffee and cram character rather than a chocolate and lactose character that I might have expected. Floral hops simmering in the back.
Light mouthfeel.
The taste is sweet and there is a bit more creaminess here. Slight burnt note.

16 oz can into a tulip glass.
Pours a dark brown color with 2 fingers of tan head. The head has great retention, leaving a beautiful crown of lacing as it settles into a thin sheet of foam.
The aroma is good but straightforward for the style: Milk chocolate, dark roasted malts, and faint hops.
The flavor follows the nose, but is surprisingly hoppy for the style. Tons of sweet milk chocolate, dark roasted malts, coffee, and lots of earthy, piney hops on the finish.
The feel is medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Creamy and extremely dry. Slightly metallic.
Overall, this is a pretty good milk stout. It's flavorful and at 4.7% extremely drinkable. A little too hoppy for my liking, but still a good beer and definitely worth a try.
