This serendipitous find is so on point! Local beer I part of the reason I love to travel. And, being a huge fan of Czech pale lagers and Pilsners (technically, there's only one original one haha), I love finding a solid locally brewed Czech-style beer.
This one checks all the boxes. Look, aroma, flavor, feel, body, and the joy it brought me!
Tried it on draft at the brewery - sadly, to go cans were no longer available. So good.
Golden in color, elegantly grassy, bready and noble hoppy, with a smooth Saaz hop kiss at the end.
I applaud this brewery for making this beer.
