Another collaboration between two great breweries and this one is designed for summer. Fused with cordials along with lime, bitter orange and lemons, this beer is a summer stacked to be a summer pleasure.

I poured this into my new hazy beer glass from @craftbeerglassesau, I know this brew is not a hazy one, but I wanted to give them a try. Pretty sturdy and great clear glass.
The beer is a nice golden colour with good clarity, but we don’t have a head at all. The head of a beer is pretty important, it serves a few purposes along with being something that gives the beer a certain aesthetic look. I did some research and this appears to be an issue many have had.
The aroma has a pretty strong cordial note, like a sweet syrup. The citrus blend gives the beer refreshing quality that encourages you to smash it down.
Sweet then sour, it is a great combination. The cordial with bitter orange and lemons swirl together making a nice refreshing treat. A tingle on the tongue tip, sweetness in the middle and a bitter dry finish. Very light and easy to drink.
Cheers!
