Served at home in a trappist glass. First thing, after reading previous reviews, I let the bottle rest a few minutes before opening in the sink. Even that, it started to throw foam for some minutes.
Pours a hazy golden colour, medium head that never fades, not much lacing.
Aroma is delicate, sherry wine, fruits, apricots, roses, malty notes.
Full body, thick texture, average carbonation. Dry finish.
Taste follows the aroma, just more fruity.
Very good beer IMO, though is too much carbonated,

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
